Privacy notice

How the firm collects, uses, protects and retains personal information submitted through this website.

Last reviewed: 1 August 2026. This notice must be reviewed and approved by the firm before production launch.

Information we collect

We collect the contact and matter-category information you choose to submit through an enquiry, together with limited security and attribution data needed to operate the website responsibly.

How we use it

Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, conduct preliminary administration, protect the website from abuse and, where separate consent is given, provide legal updates.

Important confidentiality notice

An initial website submission does not establish an advocate-client relationship. Do not send confidential documents, passwords, financial account details or highly sensitive information through the public form.

Storage and recipients

Enquiries are transmitted to the firm’s internal operating system. If it is temporarily unavailable, the minimum information is encrypted in a short-lived retry queue and removed after confirmed delivery or expiry.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw newsletter consent, or ask a question about processing by contacting kagunda.advocate@gmail.com.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for the purpose and period approved by the firm’s retention schedule, subject to professional and legal obligations.
